We offer this online service in order to facilitate the purchase of handbags from anywhere in the world, at any time.
This document contains the terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed at TIKA online website www.tika.moda. By placing your order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept our terms and conditions.

TIKA reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Use of TIKA's website and purchases made online are subject to the following terms and conditions.
By placing an order the user:
- Accepts that he has read and agrees with the following terms and conditions;
- Declares to be at least eighteen (18) years of age and/or over the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, legally authorized to enter into contractual obligations, and able to use own means of payment;
- Will not make fraudulent use of the website, contrary to the law or good customs;
- Accepts that the Spanish legislation will govern any conflict with the User
RETURN POLICY
Stock items, without personalization, can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date in their original wrapping and unused.
We'll offer a full refund or another item once the return parcel has been received and contents evaluated.
Exclusive and custom-made items cannot be returned unless a defect in craftsmanship has been detected by the Client within 14 days after reception of each handbag by the Client. In such case, the Client is only responsible for all costs related to delivery arrangements of a bag to a Designer, who will evaluate the defect in person and will establish whether it is caused by a failure in craftsmanship or is subject to wear and tear by the Client. The designer will either justify or repair the item within the reasonable time necessary for the type of repair, not extending over the period of 12 weeks.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% of the total payment amount must be paid in advance prior to starting your order.
The rest of the payment must be received once the order is ready and before it is shipped.
Payments can be made cash, card or crypto :)
