Foundations Workshop
Entry into craft fundamentals
An introductory workshop focused on understanding the fundamentals of bag construction through hands-on making. Participants work on either a small accessory or a simple structured bag, depending on the chosen depth.
The workshop introduces basic tools, materials, and construction logic, with an emphasis on proportion, assembly, and clean execution. Projects can be developed using leather or alternative materials such as faux leather or textiles.

Creation of a small accessory (keychain or bag charm).
A focused entry point into bag making and material handling.

Creation of a simple structured bag (soft tote or flat clutch, without compartments or closures).

Development Workshop
Deeper understanding and pattern mindset
A workshop for participants who already understand basic bag construction and want to deepen their skills in pattern making, finishing, and functional details. The focus shifts from simple execution to structure, refinement, and usability.
Projects can be developed using leather or alternative materials, depending on preference and learning goals.
Option A — Pattern & Finishing Development
Focus on refining finishings for accessories and developing patterns for a simple handbag style. Emphasis is placed on clean construction, proportion, and understanding pattern logic rather than complex features.
Duration: 12 hours

Option B — Functional Bag Construction
In-depth pattern making and refinement, including functional elements such as closures, pockets, and handles. Time permitting, participants develop a prototype to test structure and usability.

Advanced Creation
Workshop
Immersive, project-level skill and refinement
An immersive workshop for participants ready to work at project level, focusing on refinement, complexity, and coherence. The emphasis is on advanced pattern making, construction logic, and the execution of a complete handbag with professional standards.
Projects are developed around a single handbag concept or, at higher intensity, a full luxury piece with multiple components. Materials may include leather or alternative materials; specialized materials are considered case by case.
Option A — Advanced Bag Creation
Focus on advanced pattern making and assembly techniques through the development of one refined handbag project. Emphasis is placed on structure, precision, and execution.
Duration: minimum 24 hours

Option B — Full Luxury Handbag Project
An in-depth creation process involving multiple patterns, complex construction, and advanced techniques. This format allows for higher technical refinement and a more demanding project scope.
